What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add to your profile.
- Learning activity — the courses you enrol in, the lessons you complete and your quiz results.
- Order records — what you bought and when. Card details are held by our payment provider, never by us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
Why we collect it
To give you access to what you bought, to track your progress so you can pick up where you left off, to issue certificates, and to answer you when you contact support. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. Ask us to close it and we delete your personal data within 30 days, apart from order records we are legally required to retain.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
